Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the progarma.com website. By using the site, you accept them. They're deliberately written in plain language — if anything is unclear, ask us at hello@progarma.com.

1. Who we are and what we do

Progarma is a software studio. We design and build software products for clients: web applications, mobile applications, product design, and integrations & automation between existing systems. This website describes those services and gives you a way to get in touch about a project.

2. An inquiry is not a contract

Submitting the "Start a project" form, or emailing us, is an inquiry — nothing more. It does not create a contract, an engagement, or any obligation on either side, and nothing is charged. Actual project work only begins after both sides have agreed a written scope, price, and terms for that specific project. Until such an agreement is signed, neither of us owes the other anything.

3. Information on this site

We work to keep everything on this site accurate and current, and we describe our services and way of working honestly. Even so, the content is general information, not an offer or a promise about any particular project: what's possible, how long it takes, and what it costs always depend on the specifics, which is why every engagement gets its own written scope. We may update, correct, or remove content at any time.

4. Graphics are illustrative

The interface sketches, diagrams, and abstract visuals on this site are original illustrations created by us for this website. They depict the kinds of products we build; they are not screenshots of client systems and do not represent any real company's data.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, graphics, the Progarma name and mark, and the site's design and code — belongs to us. You're welcome to link to the site and to quote from it with attribution. Don't copy the site, present its content as your own, or use our name or mark in a way that suggests endorsement.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site. That includes: submitting the contact form with false identity or bulk/automated submissions; attempting to probe, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the services behind it; and using the site to transmit anything unlawful or malicious. We may block traffic that does any of this.

7. Third-party services and links

The contact form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), and fonts are served by Google Fonts; those services operate under their own terms. Where this site links to other websites, we don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

8. Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its content — including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For clarity: liability relating to actual project work is dealt with in each project's own written agreement, not by this page.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date at the top. Changes apply from the moment they're published; your continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
